Getting startedالبداية

1. Download AE PMS 4D from the App Store and open it.حمّل AE PMS 4D من App Store وافتحه.
2. Choose your language and your role – contractor, consultant, owner or planner. You can change both later in Profile.اختر لغتك ودورك – مقاول أو استشاري أو مالك أو مخطط. يمكنك تغييرهما لاحقاً من الملف الشخصي.
3. Open the sample project to try the tools straight away, or open a project AE PMS shared with you using its password.افتح المشروع التجريبي لتجربة الأدوات فوراً، أو افتح مشروعاً شاركته AE PMS معك بكلمة المرور.

You don’t need an account to view projects. Create one (free) to import your own P6 files or join a team.لا تحتاج حساباً لعرض المشاريع. أنشئ حساباً (مجاناً) لاستيراد ملفات P6 أو الانضمام إلى فريق.

Create an accountإنشاء حساب

1. Go to Profile → Create a free account.اذهب إلى الملف الشخصي ← أنشئ حساباً مجانياً.
2. Tap Sign in with Apple, or enter your email and the 6-digit code we send you. There is no password to remember.اضغط تسجيل الدخول بـ Apple، أو أدخل بريدك والرمز المكوّن من 6 أرقام الذي نرسله. لا توجد كلمة مرور لتتذكرها.
3. Use the same email on your iPad or a new phone to get the same account.استخدم البريد نفسه على iPad أو هاتف جديد للحصول على الحساب نفسه.

The code arrives within a minute. If not, check Junk, and make sure the email is spelt correctly.يصل الرمز خلال دقيقة. إن لم يصل، تحقق من البريد غير المرغوب وتأكد من كتابة البريد بشكل صحيح.

Import a programme from P6استيراد برنامج من P6

1. In Primavera P6, select the project and choose File → Export → Primavera PM (XER) → Project. Export the baseline and each update you want.في Primavera P6 اختر المشروع ثم ملف ← تصدير ← Primavera PM (XER) ← مشروع. صدّر الخطة الأساسية وكل تحديث تريده.
2. Send the XER files to your phone – by email, WhatsApp, OneDrive or iCloud Drive – and save them to Files.أرسل ملفات XER إلى هاتفك – بالبريد أو واتساب أو OneDrive أو iCloud Drive – واحفظها في الملفات.
3. In the app: Projects → Import from P6 → Choose XER files. Select all of them together.في التطبيق: المشاريع ← استيراد من P6 ← اختر ملفات XER. اخترها كلها معاً.
4. Tap the file that is the approved baseline, name the project and tap Create project.اضغط الملف الذي يمثل الخطة الأساسية المعتمدة، وسمِّ المشروع ثم اضغط إنشاء المشروع.
5. Next month, open the project and tap Add update to add the new XER.في الشهر التالي افتح المشروع واضغط إضافة تحديث لإضافة ملف XER الجديد.

The file is read on your phone and stored encrypted. Nothing is uploaded unless you share the project with a team.يُقرأ الملف على هاتفك ويُخزَّن مشفّراً. لا يُرفع شيء إلا إذا شاركت المشروع مع فريق.

Share with your teamالمشاركة مع فريقك

1. Open your project and tap Share with team (Pro or Pro Max).افتح مشروعك واضغط المشاركة مع الفريق (Pro أو Pro Max).
2. Enter each person’s email and choose their role.أدخل بريد كل شخص واختر دوره.
3. They get an email and a notification. When they sign in with that email and tap Accept, the project and its records appear on their phone.يصلهم بريد وإشعار. وعندما يسجلون الدخول بذلك البريد ويضغطون قبول، يظهر المشروع وسجلاته على هواتفهم.

The first time someone joins, a teammate’s phone that is online hands over the team key. This usually takes seconds; if it says “waiting for the key”, ask the owner to open the app.عند انضمام شخص لأول مرة، يسلّم هاتف أحد الزملاء المتصل مفتاح الفريق. يستغرق ذلك عادة ثوانٍ؛ وإذا ظهر «بانتظار المفتاح» فاطلب من المالك فتح التطبيق.

Subscriptionsالاشتراكات

• Buy: Profile → Account → See plans, choose Pro or Pro Max, monthly or yearly.الشراء: الملف الشخصي ← الحساب ← الخطط، اختر Pro أو Pro Max، شهرياً أو سنوياً.
• Restore on a new phone: on the Plans screen tap Restore purchases.الاستعادة على هاتف جديد: في شاشة الخطط اضغط استعادة المشتريات.
• Cancel: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → AE PMS 4D.الإلغاء: إعدادات iPhone ← اسمك ← الاشتراكات ← AE PMS 4D.
• Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.تتولى Apple الاسترداد عبر reportaproblem.apple.com.

Arabic and languageالعربية واللغة

Profile → Language → العربية. The app, reports and letters switch to Arabic, right to left. Switch back the same way.الملف الشخصي ← اللغة ← English أو العربية. يتحول التطبيق والتقارير والرسائل إلى العربية من اليمين إلى اليسار، وتعود بالطريقة نفسها.

Delete your accountحذف حسابك

Profile → Account → Delete account. Your account, devices, the teams you own and everything shared in them are deleted from our server. Cancel an active subscription in iPhone Settings too.الملف الشخصي ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب. يُحذف حسابك وأجهزتك والفرق التي تملكها وكل ما شورك فيها من خادمنا. ألغِ أي اشتراك فعّال من إعدادات iPhone أيضاً.
